EQUINE ASSISTED THERAPY

“Another way”

Reconnect

Horses Helping People

There is no riding involved with the type of equine facilitated learning that I provide so there is no requirement to be familiar with horses. I will tailor each session to suit the individual.

Each course is different but, generally speaking, Equine Assisted Therapy “EAT” assists you through the process of change in a positive and effective way. It helps you to see the truth of the situation or perceived problem in your life. You will explore how you respond to situations or people and this will highlight your existing coping strategies and emotions.

The EAT courses take an in depth look at your perception on life and how to improve on specific areas of your life, i.e. money, relationships, health.

With EAT you can change the way you see and deal with life’s challenges; take what you learn and apply it to everyday life. Explore the different options/opportunities in a relaxing and safe environment. Discover the real you – warts and all! - and release your full potential.

I believe that all clients have the best solutions for themselves when given the opportunity to discover them.

Recent science is reporting significant benefits from spending time outdoors in any context from walking to meditating and of course including spending time with animals (especially horses!). It can make you feel grounded, centred and more at peace.

  • Listening and observing is the foundation of my coaching approach. Let the horses help you discover how to overcome your fears and live the life you deserve.
