Have you thought about owning a horse but don’t feel you know enough? Or maybe you’d like to experience caring for a horse. This course will also build confidence as well as communication; understanding and self awareness.

RELATIONSHIPS
This course will cover all aspects of your relationships - including your relationship with yourself. By working with the horses through the challenges in your relationships you will discover the specific areas where you feel stuck. You will uncover any patterns and habits you may have and how to deal with them. The horses are a living feedback machine with no hidden agenda, making it a safe and nonjudgmental place to discover the real you and build positive coping strategies and resilience.

ANXIETY & DEPRESSION
Whether you live with anxiety, depression or both, this six week course will help you discover coping skills and gain resilience. By working with the horses through the challenges in your life you will discover how to deal with situations and circumstances which you struggle with. You will uncover any patterns and habits you may have and how to deal with them. This six week course will help you discover why and how to overcome eating disorders.

The six sessions start with the basics in your life and then go on to cover restrictive eating or avoidance of certain foods, binge eating, purging by vomiting or laxative misuse or compulsive exercise. You will learn positive coping strategies to apply.
